This brand new Zenith Chronomaster El Primero Classic Cars is so-named due to the styling, colour and texture influences from classic automobiles. The dial of this watch, in particular, has a very unusual colour and texture to it (I am sure the photographs of the watch don't do it justice). Seeing it in person you will instantly know what we mean.
Geoff's comment: I believe every watch enthusiast should own a Zenith El Primero at some point. The El Primero movement was first announced in early 1969 - making it the world's first self-winding chronograph. It's a point of debate whether Zenith really was first, but despite a halt in production of the El Primero movement in the 1970s, when so many manufacturers decided quartz was the future of watchmaking over mechanical movements (how wrong they were), the El Primero was soon back in production and still powers Zenith watches today. Many believe the El Primero movement is the best automatic chronograph ever made. I tend to agree.
